About Whitney
I'm an SUDP-certified substance use professional finishing my master's in counseling (LMHC). My background is in Exercise Science — I'm also a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. I built this practice because I kept seeing the same gap: people handed recovery plans that ignored their bodies entirely. I believe movement and mental health belong together. This isn't a corporate wellness program. It's one person doing focused, honest work with people who are ready to try something different.
